These Terms govern your use of the Laugh for Life website, online courses, certification programs, membership offerings, digital products, and services provided by Slash Coleman and the Storiflo™ Method.

By accessing this website or purchasing any product or program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Website and Programs

You agree to use our content and materials for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.

You may not:

Copy, sell, distribute, or publicly share course content
Share login information with others
Reproduce Storiflo™ graphics, patches, or branding without written permission
Claim the Storiflo™ Method as your own
Use certification titles without completing all official requirements
Teach, sublicense, or resell our materials without proper authorization

Payment Terms

By enrolling in a course or purchasing a product, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information
Pay all fees in full or according to the selected payment plan
Authorize recurring charges for installment or membership plans

Failure to complete a payment plan may result in suspension or removal of access without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content is the intellectual property of Slash Coleman and Laugh for Life and is protected by applicable laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Videos
Workbooks
Slides
Audio files
Certification materials
Patch designs
The Storiflo™ Method
Laughter Leadership frameworks
Website content

Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Training others using our proprietary materials requires appropriate certification and, where applicable, written licensing permission.

Certification

Certification is granted only upon successful completion of all required coursework, practicum submissions, assessments, and any other stated requirements.

We reserve the right to revoke certification if a leader:

Engages in unethical conduct
Misrepresents credentials
Misuses the Storiflo™ Method
Violates community standards

Certification does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency relationship with Laugh for Life.

Community Conduct

Participants agree to engage respectfully in all courses, calls, and community spaces. We reserve the right to remove access without refund for disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior.

Limitation of Liability

Our programs provide education, training, and leadership development.

We are not responsible for:

Individual business results
Emotional responses during sessions
Physical injuries incurred during participation
Decisions made based on course content

Participation is voluntary. You assume full responsibility for your actions and results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laugh for Life and Slash Coleman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
