Laugh for Life is committed to delivering high-quality educational programs, certification pathways, and products. Because many of our offerings are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, the following refund terms apply.
Courses and Digital Products
All course purchases, digital downloads, and online training materials are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Access to digital materials is granted immediately upon enrollment.
Seven-Day Good Faith Guarantee (Selected Courses Only)
For Course 1, Course 2, and Course 3, we may offer a Seven-day Good Faith Guarantee.
If, within seven days of purchase, you believe the course does not provide meaningful value, you may request support by emailing: [email protected]
Requests must be submitted within seven calendar days of purchase.
We reserve the right to determine eligibility for refunds under this guarantee and may require proof of course participation or completion of initial modules before issuing a refund.
After seven days, all sales are final.
Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
Failure to complete a payment plan does not cancel your financial obligation. Missed payments may result in suspended or revoked access to the program without refund.
Certification Programs
Certification fees are non-refundable due to administrative review, assessment processing, and credentialing requirements.
Submission of practicum materials or participation in assessment activities constitutes full use of certification services.
Keynotes and Corporate Workshops
Corporate events and keynote engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Cancellation and refund terms are outlined in that agreement.

Printed toolkits or specialty items sold directly through our website
Refunds or replacements are available only for:
Damaged items
Defective products
Incorrect shipments
Requests must be submitted within fourteen days of confirmed delivery and may require photographic documentation.
We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or minor cosmetic variations that do not affect usability.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
Books Fulfilled by Third Parties (Amazon KDP)
Standard Laugh for Life books are printed and fulfilled through Amazon.
All returns, exchanges, and refunds for books purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policies. Please contact Amazon directly through your Amazon order history for assistance.
Laugh for Life does not process or issue refunds for books fulfilled by third-party retailers.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to provide documentation to the payment processor and revoke access to purchased programs or materials.
