Before You Submit, Make Sure You Have:

One recorded session
Your Session Summary
Your Self-Reflection Worksheets
Recordings should be 10–30 minutes and show your face and body clearly.
How to Submit Your Practicum Materials
Submit the following items through the Practicum Submission Form:
1. Session Recording
Upload as one of the following:
Zoom link
Google Drive link
YouTube link (unlisted)
MP4 upload (if platform allows)
Your recording should include:
Your introduction
At least three exercise categories
Your closing or cooldown
2. Session Summary
Copy into the form or upload as a PDF.
Your name
Session date
Setting and group type
How many participants
Purpose of the session
Categories used
Any special adaptations
3. Self-Reflection Worksheets
Enter into the form or upload as a PDF
4. Optional (But Encouraged) Materials
You may include:
Notes
Participant feedback
Photos
Anything that demonstrates learning or leadership
After You Submit
You will receive:
A confirmation email
Personalized feedback from Slash within14 business days
Notes on strengths and growth opportunities
Clarity on your readiness for certification
You may be asked to lead an additional session only if needed.
Pass Criteria
You pass the Practicum when you demonstrate:
Safe and grounded leadership
Clear transitions
Intentional session structure
Use of multiple categories
Emotional presence
Ability to guide a group with confidence
Perfect execution is not required. Growth is.
