I once closed a long-running group with a dramatic final session planned.

Big ending.
Symbolic gesture.

Halfway through planning it, I realized it didn’t fit.

Instead, we ended simply.

We sat in a circle.
Shared one sentence each.
Stacked the chairs.

Not every ending needs fireworks.
